Illegal, illicit, dangerous, or unsafe products, activities, or services. 

Additional Guidelines:

Ads cannot include:

• Illegal or Illicit Products or Services: Content that features illegal or illicit products, activities, or services under applicable laws.  Examples include ads for products banned or outlawed under applicable laws or reported by a governmental authority, court order, non-governmental or self-regulatory organization, or member of the public as violating local law or industry standards.
• Dangerous or Unsafe Products or Services: Content that features products or services that have been the subject of a consumer advisory (e.g., an FDA advisory or something similar), product recalls, regulatory investigations, or litigation, or which otherwise pose significant safety concerns or a demonstrated risk of bodily harm.  Examples include ads for products recalled due to their links to infant deaths, ads for kratom-based products, ads for ephedra-based products, and ads for anabolic steroids or steroid-like products.
• Human Exploitation: Content that facilitates or coordinates the exploitation of humans, including human trafficking, or anything similar.

Ads can include:

• CBD/Hemp Products, consistent with the Additional Guidelines Specific to CBD/Hemp Products.
• Legal functional mushroom products for general wellness (e.g., products that include reishi, cordyceps, shitake, turkey tail, and lion’s mane), consistent with the Additional Guidelines Specific to Health, Wellness, and Pharmaceutical Products.
