• Limit one offer per eligible advertiser. 
• The spend requirement of $5,000 must be achieved within 60 days of valid registration.
• Credit will be issued within 7 days after the $5,000 spend requirement is met.
• Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used on the AppLovin platform.
• AppLovin reserves the right to withhold or revoke credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of applicable terms, including AppLovin’s Terms of Use.
